In lieu of flowers,

Memorial Donation
Families who have lost a loved one and are requesting a Charitable Donation in lieu of flowers, may refer family and friends to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Association to make a Memorial Donation. We are a Qualified charity helping Pulmonary Fibrosis Patients in need by paying the costs for their supplemental Oxygen and Equipment.
We will send tax receipts & acknowledgement letters to each donor and provide the family with a complete list of donors.
Donations may be by check, phone or by this website.
